We are recruiting for the position of Engineering Manager to join our operations at our manufacturing site in Kingscourt, Cavan. Working as part of the Operations Management team, the role is to ensure that the Process equipment and control systems at Kingscourt are capable of producing consistently high quality products in a safe and efficient manner. This will be achieved by the job holder ensuring that high standards are adhered to in terms of Process Capability and reliability, plant automation, process and mechanical engineering practices. To ensure that the plant facilities are kept to a safe and sustainable standard at all times. To fully manage and expedite all plant capex projects. The Engineering Manager will have 5 direct reports but will oversee a team of approx 35 persons. This is a very exciting time to join the team as we continue to embrace WCM, roll out Manufacturing 4.0 and strive to become a zero carbon plant.
